Commercial applications
We have been involved in creating weathervanes for prestigious buildings in the public and private sectors. Our clients have included Mowlem, Baratt Homes, Wates Homes, McCarthy and Stone, Bournemouth Borough Council, Poundbury estates (Dorchester) and English Heritage. All these projects have taken place in close liaison with the architects who have specified various materials including copper, brass and bronze. Edwardian lift shaft - Ramsgate Commissioned by English Heritage Dorset Weathervanes provided the cast bronze replica weathervane which sits on top, the design was taken from the original drawings. |
